What do you like best?

I like that I can create custom queries that are easy to use for the end users with limited access to modify the logic.

What do you dislike?

I do not like its look. It looks very outdated and thus might not be instinctual to navigate.

Hyperion has been bugging a lot recently in my org. The web plug in version keeps spitting out errors when: 1.) trying to log in, 2.) Open queries, 3.) navigate throughout the application.

I do not like the fact that it requires you to run the query before being able to extract the SQL.

When looking for a specific table, the app requires you to search for all the tables first, which takes a long time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating custom SQL queries for end users. With this tool you do not have to constantly run the queries for many people in the org. You can simply create a query with necessary filters, and indicate what the end users can control. This allows the end users to be self sufficient without the risk of pulling wrong data/ crashing the DB.
