Advanced user of OpenText LiquidOfficeThe versatility. Liquid Office was not designed for any particular discipline so it can be used in a range of different ways. The form designer is easy to use, workflow designer is easy to use. Incorporates Javascript to add additional support when building forms/workflows.
Liquid Office was built in the early 2000's and has not had a major overall in many years. Reporting is possible but not easy. Management console still runs as a java applet and has limited features.
I have used Liquid Office for accounts payable and accounts receivable. Forms/processes built for various tasks within both not just for invoice approvals. Liquid Office allowed us to run a central processing unit for accounts payable for a multi-national company and still allow us to receive invoices for processing/payment within minutes/hours when necessary from all over the world.
