What do you like best?

We now have an easy to use program to keep track of our thousands of construction and environmental remediation project photos, which will make searching for just the right photo to use in advertising a breeze! Before OpenAsset, our users just remembered in their heads where to find good photos of past projects, and when they left or retired, that knowledge was lost. Now we can key word and find them, and save them as the project within OpenAsset. We are looking forward to having the photos also linked to projects within our Customer Relations Management system, Cosential, coming soon. We like how we can tailor the program to the way we do business, and to our business structure.

What do you dislike?

It is hard to narrow down our key words.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We can easily find photos on specific subject matter from specific past projects for use in Responses to Requests for Proposals, Statement of Qualifications, and advertising. We are saving hours and lowering stress levels while producing a better result.
