What do you like best?

The layout of the GUI, especially the networking tabs, is fabulous. It has been organized in such a way that is very straightforward and easy to navigate. The utility of the features for CIFS & NFS make creating Windows shares hosted directly from the array a breeze!

What do you dislike?

For CIFS shares when you click "Stop Sharing" it actually deletes all of the share settings and disappears - this was an unwelcome surprise, as the description is not indicative of such an irreversible action.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's the best piece of SAN management software I've used so far. It creates and simple and easy to understand user experience that is feature rich.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This allows us to create and manage all of our storage, shares and array based replication from a single GUI. It makes it easy to provision storage for new servers and application, insuring my ability to deliver my deadlines on time.
