A grate tool to know what your customers think about your store

What do you like best?

The OMBEA teem is grate and helpful. they were very responsive and extremely patient with all the question we had about their products. we really like the intuitive dashboard and the NPS report is grate. the custom alerts feature helps us notice the bottlenecks before they become in issue. the smiley rating scale is also very intuitive and easy to read for everyone.

What do you dislike?

Some for the menus are a bit hidden but once login couple of times they are easy to find.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a feedback solution to track NPS across different departments of our store.
