What do you like best?

Nosto gave us the possibility to take over more control from our development agencies. Today an Online shop needs a plethora of options regarding product recommendations, internal advertisement campaigns and personalized content to be able to compete with full-grown marketplaces and competitors.

In our case we only had little resources for the development of new features. Nosto provided us with the features that we needed with nearly no development effort.

What do you dislike?

Integration into web analytics was not easy and has not happened totally - we are still missing some features. Customer support was not good in the beginning but improved a lot. Meanwhile, it is great.
