Mosaic is the first Strategic Finance Platform for agile planning, real-time reporting, and better decision making. Easily consolidating insights across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and Billing systems, Mosaic empowers teams to work together in a unified, cross-functional platform that acts as a simple source of truth for the entire organization.

Mosaic was founded in 2019 by three finance leaders frustrated by the slow speed, high complexity, and inefficiencies of existing tools in the market. Knowing the office of the CFO needed an overhaul, they set out to build a platform that would address the technical challenges modern-day finance and business teams face.

Today, Mosaic is leveraged by some of the fastest-growing companies, helping them align, collaborate and plan for the future. To learn more and to see it in action, visit www.mosaic.tech or send a note to [email protected].

An insightful & strategic tool, that consolidates all things Finance into an easy to use platform

What do you like best?

The tool has added a tonne of efficiency to our financial reporting and forecasting process. We now have a platform that can pull in and host our most important financial information from our accounting ERP, our CRM, and our HRM. I can direct our leadership team to Mosaic and it is a one-stop-shop for them to see a tailored and live view of the most relevant financial information to our company.

The tool itself is extremely easy to navigate and use. We received a lot of support when onboarding but even outside of this, I have always felt very comfortable navigating through Mosaic and creating different analyses. I can direct my leadership team to Mosaic and they are also very comfortable toggling date ranges, or including/excluding specific information. They look at financial information far more frequently now that we have started using Mosaic.

Most importantly from my end, Mosiac has allowed me to analyze and understand our financial performance at a speed and level of detail that I had not experienced before. I default to using Mosaic when asked any financial-related question whether that be Cash Balance related, Bookings related, AR related - the list goes on. It is not just a time saver, I now know more about the composition of our financial statements, and the detail behind our balances and accounts because I am using Mosaic.

What do you dislike?

I catch up with the customer support team regularly. They are excellent. We have already provided some feedback on views and reports that could be added to Mosaic and these have been incorporated into the product road map. I am excited to see what comes online over the next number of months.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were a company that had data everywhere. The greatest benefit that I have seen from using Mosaic is that we now have a tool that houses our most important financial information in one place. It presents this information in a user-friendly view that is easy to Digest. Our Leadership team, (not just finance Leaders), can use this tool to understand how our company is performing, and this has created more meaningful conversations around achievements, plans, and goals.
