What do you like best?

Minitab is straightforward to use for process capability studies. I used it for many years to calculate SPC and process capabilities, short-term and long-term capabilities. It is very user-friendly and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

It was hard for me to find tutorials during the initial stages of my learning curve. Its competitor JMP software was easy in that front

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Minitab in the manufacturing facility to look at process capabilities, process controls etc.
