Manage large teams and hundreds of project through Kimble and its comprehensive dashboards

What do you like best?

We implemented Kimble just over two years ago, and it has quickly become business-critical for us. Its a one-stop shop for the entire lifecycle of projects. We have built several dashboards using Kimble's report builder, which allows us quick access to a great summary of our Professional Services business. -everyone from consultant utilization to revenue, margins

What do you dislike?

Not a dislike but a consideration. There are a lot of upfront decisions to be made about how to organise your data in Kimble and some of these will need input from your Finance team, such as how to report or recognise revenue. It's worth identifying someone in your organisation to assume the role of Kimble admin or superuser who understand the implications of these decisions and owns the data in Kimble so its a reliable source of data for everyone

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problems we solve with Kimble are Capacity Management and Revenue Forecasting. Solving these problems has generated operational efficiencies across several teams, including Recruitment, Professional Services Management, and Finance. We know well in advance when we'll need people, and our business has become much more predictable
