JustCall is a cloud phone system for sales, support, and report teams. It allows you to create a call center for your sales teams and contact center for your support teams. Along with business phone system features, JustCall also comes with a number of workflow automation features around SMS and Phone Calls. JustCall currently integrates natively with 40+ Business Tools (CRM, Helpdesk, etc).

JustCall automatically logs following activities in your business tools to save your reps from manually logging the following:

-Outgoing calls
-Incoming calls
-Missed Calls with call back link
-Voicemail recordings with call back link
– SMS

JustCall also works great as a call center solution for support teams. Using different call distribution settings, you will never miss a customer support call ever. An easy to use, very versatil and complete dialer.

What do you like best?

I like that you can integrate it with pipeline deals, and I can call directly from the CRM page, but I can also use it on its own to store contact numbers and automate the dialer! One of the best features is the outbound tracking and reporting, it shows you everything you and your team does each day, or each weak or even each month, with grapphics included. Something I love is the calendar feature, since one of my jobs is scheduling calls, it is a helpful feature to be able to program everything and keep track of it all in one place.

What do you dislike?

It opens a new tab in chrome every time I am making calls from pipe line deals and if I don't click on accept, it won't open the dialer, it just takes time and is not the most efficient way to do it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a tool that gives you complete visibility on what your team does, get this app. The reports it shows you are super thorough.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A better use of time, money, reporting and effort. It's an easy tool to use; I can make notes while I'm on a call and save them after I'm finished speaking with the costumer, schedule a follow up call or schedule a meeting with someone else right away after hanging up the phone and the best part is that I can then download a full report with notes included at the end of the day. That report could also be weekly, monthly or yearly, which makes my job a lot easier.
