What do you like best?

Jackrabbit class is very easy and customer efficient. The way the site is programmed and laid out is very easy for interactive use. When our customers use it, they also say the same thing. It is very easy to understand and navigate to what they need.

What do you dislike?

Many times, Jackrabbit will have updates that are unnecessary for our business. They may sometimes be little tweaks, or big changes that we dont always need as a business. I wish there was a way where you could either accept or deny these changes or updates.

Best Gymnastics / Dance class software out there. Easy to use, and has all the features you will need to run a successful and thriving business.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest change we have seen as a company using Jackrabbit is the ability to go live and online. Our customers can now sign their child up for a gymnastics class, camp, birthday party, special event, etc. all through their own portal on Jackrabbit. The biggest benefit we have seen is customer service because of this. In the past, we would have to take sensitive and personal information over the phone which was very tedious, time consuming, and dangerous. Now, customers have the ability to create their own portal and input all their information without having to contact us. This has saved us many headaches and time!
