What do you like best?

The ease of customizing the invoice to look the way you want and to include the details wanted make it look professional and easy to convey what you want.

What do you dislike?

As a business owner that deals with small volumes, the costs are a little much considering what you get. There are some options that are not necessary with the lower tiers but I'd have to pay for additional services I don't need to obtain the level of that includes the service I do want.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The basic package is EXTREMELY BASIC with limited features, yet still costs more than it should. You can't attach pictures or other features. You can upgrade but the costs don't seem to always match what you get.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Billing and invoicing are extremely easy. I don't have to go through multiple applications now to process payments and send the invoice.
