This cannabis POS was a game changer for our dispensary

What do you like best?

I really like the automated compliance reporting with Metrc. The Weedmaps and Leafly integrations are also nice but I think the best part is they offer a free e-commerce platform for online ordering. This has been extremely helpful during Covid as we've seen a big increase in online orders for curbside pickup and delivery.

I think their delivery software is some of the best out there. We got rid of our Onfleet account when we realized IndicaOnline had everything we needed for delivery. The interface is super easy to use and they're always coming out with new features.

What do you dislike?

I think my only complaint would be that it sometimes takes a while to get in touch with support, but this has been better in the past couple of months. I think they hired more people for support agents.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would say to schedule a demo first to see how the software works. They have an Customer Success team that helps with onboarding and setting up all the features like taxes, discounts, loyalty, inventory, CRM etc. Take advantage of those training sessions! Also support seems to be more responsive in the early AM or late afternoon.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our main issue was being able to fulfill online orders. Our previous system made us do double entry, but IndicaOnline has been seamless so far. The delivery functionality is unrivaled and we've saved a ton by getting rid of Onfleet.

Also we've had minimal issues with compliance reporting since implementing IndicaOnline. That is huge for us and give us peace of mind that we're in compliance.
