What do you like best?
Ease of use, well thought out, progress of platform. Cloud product will be great once it aligns with our business objectives and we can actually use it. Being on a platform that is used by everyone gives us the ability to be on the same field and get new features sooner than other platforms.
What do you dislike?
Most of my complaints come from the fact that we have to be on premise, which I understand is not the model they are putting most of their effort. Management of on premise product is complex requiring a lot of time and effort to stay current.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Replaced an older document management system , iManage is much better. We have seen a higer adoption rate of the DMS for younger attorneys who were used to iManage vs our previous DMS.
