Reliable Card processing tool.

What do you like best?

It's simple to use and has always been reliable for me. It even lets you securely store the card numbers for frequent clients' which makes things so much easier for both the client and clinic.

What do you dislike?

Not sure if it has an app, but we only use it via the web, so that can have its own issues at no fault of Heartland.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows us to safely take payments from our clients over the phone so we don't have to be exposed to each other in these times of covid.
