Great Software; User Friendly

What do you like best?

I love the ease of being able to automatically generate email reminders to our customers regarding their invoices and payment due dates. Whether it's due today, due in 7 days, or past due. It's helping us stay on top of things a lot easier and saves us some time.

I also love being able to stop communications on an invoice or customer for whatever reason and being able to provide the explanation as well as sending myself and manager email reminders that we paused an invoice so that we don't forget to resume all communications.

It also helps that everything is in real time. As soon as we apply a payment or credit to an invoice in our accounting system it's no longer shown in Gaviti and there is nothing for us to do any further.

Updating email wording and format that is being sent to the customer is also a breeze.

If I have any questions the Gaviti team is really friendly and ready to assist me with whatever I need.

I highly recommend Gaviti.

What do you dislike?

I don't haven't found anything that I disliked or didn't find helpful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My recommendation is that it's definitely worth looking into. Since using the product things have been a lot better and easier to keep up with.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am no longer sending manual statements or email communications regarding past due invoices.

The customers are responding a lot quicker and willing to send in payments or request any information they may have missed.

The relationship between our company and our customers have gotten much better.

Keeping our Sales team informed on the emails as well help. They are able to learn the customer status before placing another order.

My manager and I are able to keep up with email communications at the same time, without me having to ask if he spoke with someone or him asking me did I stop the email communications. We are able to see everything.

Pausing an invoice helps when researching issues or credits that need to be generated. That way the customer isn't receiving any unnecessary information while we are researching their inquiry or waiting for a payment to be received.
