What do you like best?
The technical support and services provided are simply mindblowing. They have the best Journey Builder in the market which is capable of executing any logical flow one can come up with.
What do you dislike?
The user interface. Not the best in the market but certainly right up there, Few changes to the look and feel of the UI should do to turn the tables around.
