Great for small businesses!

What do you like best?

FreshLime is an easy and convenient way for our technicians to get the word out about our business and to gain more reviews! We really love how the representatives give reports on how our business is doing with Google searches. All representatives of FreshLime are always extremely helpful of any problems we might have or questions we might need help with! I first began working with Cameron who was very helpful in setting our account up and then I have been working with Nichelle who has been fantastic!

What do you dislike?

I would really like to see a mobile app for FreshLime, this would make it easier to use on my phone! This is something I would really like to see more of as it continues to improve! When our customers are chatting with the bot on our webpage, I would like to have the bot ask for a phone number before an email so I can begin my live chat sooner! I know this is something that is also being developed along with the app for my phone. There are also situations where I might not receive a message about a new chat that has started until a couple hours later, this could potentially be solved with an app possibly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would absolutely recommend FreshLime to others. I love the support I get from the representatives and how easy it is to use and send reviews to our customers! My account representative is always willing to help and call me when I need anything!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm solving problems of our reviews and finding easier ways to send those out and chat with our customers live. I'm able to see which employees send out reviews to our customers and which are falling behind with this. This can hold our employees accountable for when they're sending our reviews and when they are missing opportunities to do so. I am also really excited to be able to text the FreshLime number and have them post our office hours, pictures for us, business updates and more. This addition was a feature that really helped us manage our page right over our phone!
