What do you like best?
Simple to use web based and customization available. The support is great as well. Users are able to navigate the system with little to no instruction. Has been very useful.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes updates are buggy but it hasn't ever been to large of an issue. We are usually able to roll back or correct the issue pretty quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a smaller company but a great program, with excellent support I would at least reach out to them and find out what options they have and if they fit your needs. Has been very useful for us.
