Use the power of the internet to make shipping simple anytime, anywhere — even when you’re away from the office. All you need is internet access, an inkjet or laser printer, and a FedEx account number to ship on fedex.com. And since any employee with internet access can use FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com, you can increase efficiency in your organization by allowing employees to manage their own shipments. Ship a package now.

Or you can oversee those employees’ shipments with Shipping Administration, a feature of FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com that allows a single administrator or a group of users who are assigned administrative privileges to centrally manage and control shipments that are processed by individuals from different locations within your company. With Shipping Administration, an administrator can configure shipping options, restrict services, customize reference information and run reports on the shipping activity of users throughout the company.

A great and easy tool for a process that no one likes: FedEx Ship Manager

What do you like best?

This system of FedEx is so easy to use that is actually incredible. You configure and set up all the information of any return or shipment and it's so simple to navigate that it's virtually impossible to mistype any field. Additionally, it's certainly so unusual that the environment has any technical issue because of it's minimalistic and user-friendly design. I work in a call center and I use itv very often, I love it!

What do you dislike?

In my experience dealing with return labels and creations of shipments I would say that the systems need to add another field for the email address in which any information is going to be sent because many emails have different protocols and something can happen along the way, even on the Internet. The other thing, this system is so simple to use but, they have to add an option that simply re-sends the information to the customer via e-mail, instead of crating it all over again.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You have to be careful with the return center location, you don't want a lost in transit or after delivery item.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I solve issues with return lables such as damaged lables, damaged barcodes, un-delivered return lables, scheduled pick-ups,
