Experience.com is THE CX platform for you!

What do you like best?

As the marketing admin for Experience.com it is sso helpful to have all reviews, surveys, GMB listings, etc all in onee, convenient place to monitoor and make adjustments.

What do you dislike?

The edit button is on the bottom of the page. :). This is a little item. There reeally have been no negatives, Changing to a new name perhaps...but I understand why....they do far more than just surveys.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking to add a CX company to your partnerships then you must look at Experience.com. From the company culture to the execution they are by far ahead of the game. It will be worth your time just to consider using them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have multiplee offices and multiple DBAs/Brands...it is a monumental task to monitor, maintain, and massage data for both internal and external use...but not with Experience.com. We are able to handle all the different branding AND have a uniform CX across all clients.
