What do you like best?
Enovia is a very advanced software for all your PLM needs. It has its inbuilt functionalities to properly handle changes. It can also help in creating a class which is restricted to certain user which becomes important to handle Intellectual property. You can do a license change request, followed by change request and Change orders for releasing a certain document. It also helps in creating a workflow route for systematic approvals on any documents. You get some Enovia workspace on which you can work and store a lot of your data securely
What do you dislike?
The software with its different functionalities becomes a little slow. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to load and sometimes it stops working abruptly. Since there are a lot of processes involved it sometime becomes a bottleneck
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very good software, however you will not find any documentation related to this software as it is usually company customized. Even the Company's IT team might not know solution to some bugs in the software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am currently using Enovia in my company which handles all of its PLM through Enovia 2019. I am working on executing various product changes and also introducing new products through Enovia life cycle. Enovia has the benefit that everything is very streamlined and it is easier to manage a large amount of data for your company without any errors. I recommend this product for mid size companies as the data in that company is usually huge. Also this serves as a secured portal which is customized to customer's need. You can even share data through Enovia to anyone on the other side of the globe
