SMB BenAdmin with some limitations...

What do you like best?

Easy to use for employees and quick renewal implementation process.

What do you dislike?

There is no form mapping functionality (like with EASE and Zenefits(limited)) , therefore there is no back up document with a signature that an employer can submit when asked for it by a carrier or in an audit (ACA reporting, proof of waivers, etc) .

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great for enrolling small-mid sized groups
