What do you like best?

Easy to use and regular system updates. The gradebook is awesome!

What do you dislike?

Articulate scorm files that change status and must be marked manually as completed. Would like to see all exam attempts in gradebook (regulatory requirement).

Would prefer to have a Teams option for virtual training.

Instead of global settings logging out users after a specific time, allow this for certain courses (regulatory requirement for some courses).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Integrate your skills/HR reporting system with eFRont so that daily employee profiles are automated, and training records are not a manual process for skills reporting readiness.

We have saved time and costs using eFront due to the various automated functionalities. eFront enabled us to use the functionality successfully due to COVID-19 requirements.
