Advanced user of Dundas BIWhat do you like best?
Can handle large amounts of data and create a lot of customizations, unlike tableau which cannot do many advanced functions or handle large data sets well. There is a great online community with forums to ask questions and training modules.
What do you dislike?
there is a learning curve to it, so it will take awhile to learn unlike tableau which is fairly simple to get the hang of right off the bat. Other than they do have a community forum for questions, and good training courses to learn.

I would try it due to the powerfulness in its capabilities and customizations you can add to a dashboard!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Solving ways to handle large amounts of data shown in data visualizations. I realized how many customizations I can do with a dashboard in dundas as opposed to other tools i was using like tableau. Dashboards are loading very quickly, as opposed to tableau where sometimes functions were unusable due to speed.
