What do you like best?

Desktop Shipper has a great customizable platform. It's good for companies that use an offline SQL (a lot of places don't support this) as well as it has some of the best most attentive staff garnered.

What do you dislike?

There really isn't much to dislike, however in being transparent cloud options off an offline SQL database present more of a challenge.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely do your research if you have an offline SQL database upfront. Also determine if you are going to want a hosted solution or cloud based solution as they offer both.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Streamlining and consolidating our fulfillment and shipping management. It gives us a 1 stop shop to consolidate all of our sales channel orders into an intuitive platform that can be tweaked on the fly by Desktop Shipper staff as needed. We've been able to save considerable time by batching single line items with location and SKU ready to go.
