What do you like best?

For a product Like CS Box - User Interface is very important , & I must say CSBox has User Interface.

CSBox runs smooth.

Different Attributes at tips to ease the work.

All Account at one page and could easily get important insight for particular Account.

Everyone at same page due to the same attributes.

What do you dislike?

When we do email to clients, we have to keep our internal team as well in cc.

Their email id should come in cc automatically when we type the initials as like gmail

Currently everytime to add any internal email id, I need to copy everytime from gmail & then have to paste in CSBox .

More graphical representation cab there for different attributes like Pie Chart for Good, Average & Poor Client.

Benefits - CSBox has altogether replaced Excel sheet Adding & reviewing Colums everyday to note down each & every call is a tough task. Getting all necessary details of a account at one place has really helped .

Easy track of touchpoints & Product Adoption related to Login & Timespent

& Product Adoption.

Benefits - An account manager's performance is monitored by the performance of its account, now calculating Account's performance is not an easy task as it involves various attributes might even be interrelated, with the help of CS Box data capturing & displaying of accounts helps in such important process.
