Contract Logix is a data-driven contract lifecycle management solution that provides the ability to automate and streamline the drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and management of contracts.

Key features include a centralized and fully searchable contract repository with automated alerts for important dates, obligations, and milestones. Contract Logix supports visual contract workflows to automate business processes as well as contract authoring, redlining, approvals, e-signature integration, custom reports, and analytics/dashboards.

Great Product and Support Team

What do you like best?

I like the flexibility of the workflows and customization options available to meet the business needs.

What do you dislike?

The licensing structure dividing users into categories of Full user, Submitter and Read-Only. The submitter and read only licenses are not functionally practical. For example, submitters are presented with the option of submitting an Amendment and then asked to find the Organization/Contract to amend, however because they only have a Submitter license, they do not have ability to search and find the Organization and the user is stuck and has to get manual assistance. This reason alone has prevented our full launch of the product to the organization.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've been able to introduce an expedited workflow path for urgent contracts that has been well received by the business. We've also been able to integrate various approvals from areas of the company that otherwise we're not aware of the contract. We are currently implementing notifications to our AP team for new vendors so they can start setting them up in Netsuite sooner, thereby reducing the amount of time for new vendors to invoice or be invoiced.
