Simple yet powerful set of features

What do you like best?

Through a customer standpoint, communication is very intuitive & user friendly.

From a user standpoint, it is very easy to get started without much need to go through the tutorials.

Communication has a very subtle, clean and intuitive interface, in turn it offers several functions such as live chat, email ticketing, canned replies, knowledgebase and more features to improve this process.

Most importantly the performance and speed of the system is quite good, without any noticeable lags or downtime. I hope they keep on releasing more features to improve the ease of access and turn it in to an all in one helpdesk and team interactive platform.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike in communication as the development has been pretty quick and the team is constantly improving and adding up features with user feedbacks.

Although if i had to say something which i dislike for now is the UI and some slight issues in cross browser compatibility. But i am rest assured as the team is constantly working on improving it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication has made customer support and handling of customer queries in a more streamlined manner quite easy for us. Having the knowledgebase and chat in just a simple light weight widget has made things simper and reduced chat queries to a great extent. Eventually making us solve more complex technical queries in a better way. Looking at their roadmap i am pretty much impressed with the planned features and eagerly waiting for them as they can solve a lot of issues we face with customer support.
