Not my top choice, but it gets you by...

What do you like best?

Provides the basic necessities needed for an ATS. It's a good cost effective option for companies that are in start-up mode or don't have the capacity to invest too much into an ATS.

What do you dislike?

The program layout is clunky. Also, the additional features, such as customized reports or statistics area hard to use/read.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're no longer utilizing spreadsheets and paper apps. We're also able to track the recruitment activists of our team.
