CRM is easy and effective to use
What do you like best?
I like the ease of either creating a lead entry or following through with a lead within the system. It is quite clear the frequency of correspondences that have taken place between me and the leads.
What do you dislike?
I would rather for it to allow for us to gauge the interest in the leads better, than to continuously contact them, without any understanding if they are interested in us reaching out to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a one-stop shop with CRM. If you're trying to not only obtain more leads, but also to keep them, then CRM is the way to go because they help you navigate effortlessly, from beginning to end of introducing yourself to the lead to closing the deal with them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving enrollment and time management issues. The benefits of being able to create templates for individual reasons as well as customize them for each lead is great.
