I have had a great experience with Captiv8. A great extension to our in house team.
What do you like best?
I think Captiv8 is best at customer success, where they are helpful across managed service & self-service, making the client feel that they are equipped with knowledge at all stages of planning and execution.
What do you dislike?
I think the search and discovery piece of Captiv8 could be more user friendly for new users on the platform. The process of discovery is a bit daunting and hand holding/more in depth training would be helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Captiv8 can be your one stop shop for all things influencer. We work with a hybrid model, where we use Captiv8 for larger managed service campaigns and also have the SaaS platform to help us with small in house campaigns. Both teams help you understand all steps in the process.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving the problem of Discovery, as well as working on an ambassador program for our brand. We are hoping Captiv8 will allow us to quickly sort through users who are asking for partnerships. The benefit of this would take out a few steps in our current process and allow us to better sort through influencers/partners that would like to be a part of our program. We are excited to continue to work with Captiv8 on managed service campaigns, but also continue to expand our knowledge with self-service by leaning on the team a bit to get up and running.
