It gets the job done

What do you like best?

I like using Salesforce and believe it is the best hub for sales and recruiting. It has all the integrations we need to run our business effectively

What do you dislike?

Bullhorn is a little clunky. It works fine but they haven't thought through all of what you would need to recruit effectively. For instance, they do not have a way to track submittals, Interviews, offers, placements all in one report. You have to have 4 separate reports.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you ask about all the reporting you do and make sure it is possible.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows us to use Salesforce as our contact database for Sales and Recruiting.
