What do you like best?

It shows you the dates of when someone sets up inspections. Automatically puts the address in for letters that need to go out. It saves a copy of those letters. You are able to put flags on accounts to alert coworkers of what needs to be known for that property address.

What do you dislike?

BSA can be slow when you are first starting it up. I have had to restart my computer because of how slow it acts at times. It updates quite often which can take a while so you're not able to do much work in that time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are constantly giving feedback to make this program more efficient. Such as showing the dates for when permits are issued and when they expire to have those automatically emailed to the correct sources. I find this program beneficial for having online files of everything like extension requests, inspection files, etc.
