Easy for billable hours!

What do you like best?

The structure of the program makes it easy to separate billable hours for different clients. Much easier than clocking in and out for every job.

What do you dislike?

There definitely is a learning curve to setting up the entire structure (projects, clients, bill schedules, hours...). Other than that, I haven't had many issues with the program.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easily tracking multiple employees hours. This has made it easy for each employee to track their own time which preferable to having one person trying to review everyone's hours.
