Basware Procure to Pay

What do you like best?

In my opinion Basware is one-f-a-kind accounting software that I am always very satisfied with. I have been using Basware for over 3 years now and I cannot imagine switching to any other tool. I like how clear the design is, it has a lot of useful features, I can use Basware Monitor in order to look atthe past bookings and easily find the information that I am looking for.

What do you dislike?

What I dislike about this tool is that sometimes when I try to transfer plenty invoices at the same time the program "freezes" and it is hard to tell whether it will unfroze by itself or I need to make any action in order to resolve it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I can definitely recommend using Basware as a primary tool in your company. It has never dissapointed me and I have been using it for over 3 years

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am using Basware to code invoices, to review data included on the invoice, to transfer processed invoices and to cancel documents if necessary.
