What do you like best?

It provides free tier app service plan for trying and testing before moving to production.

The whole integrated ecosystem with its IDE which enables one-click publishing.

On the fly changing of framework stack (.NET, Python, PHP, .NET core, Java) & remote debugging.

Best of all, it is very easy to authorise user with SSO. Enabling HTTPS. Containerized deployment.

Auto-Scaling as configured and enhancing web apps with API management.

Stagging web apps for testing before moving to production.

What do you dislike?

The only thing which I don't like is its windows stack offering for Python. Officially Microsoft doesn't support python app deployment on Windows

We have many websites deployed in Azure web app for both UI & web apps in a number of platforms for our customer. We have observed it is very easy to manage, monitor & analyse the app service & reduce the cost with its appropriate usage.
