What do you like best?

There is no better protection for a business of any size, from a sole proprietor to a global enterprise. Our use is pretty small scale, but when it comes to offering a suggestion for antivirus protection or other IT issues, we always tell our clients that Avast is the best.

What do you dislike?

Some of the customer service staff are slow to reply to help tickets. Other staff have been great, however, so this is just a minor concern.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Avast to ensure the integrity of data and client communications. From direct communications between clients and our staff to internal documents, we know that viruses and DoS attacks are not a concern.

Since the helpful guides include details on what to do to teach users how to avoid scams, we know that there is little risk of phishing or other social engineering tricks that could hurt our business.
