What do you like best?
Increased quality in documentation, reduced administrative time, improved collaboration within the team and clients, as well as increased visibility and ability to monitor overall progress. We primarily use the Controls (SOX) module and it has improved out department's efficiency, allowing us to take on additional audits using OpsAudit. This module is just as intuitive and and low learning curve for our team used to using Controls module. The AuditBoard academy is a great resource, their help center documentation is top notch, and customer service for any residual questions is world-class and extremely timely.
What do you dislike?
The way our audit department performs audit, it would be helpful to have some of the functionality of OpsAudit in the SOXHUB module such as audit scoping and automatic report writing. The reporting functionality in the "reports" section could be improved to include more flexibility in the parameters and format. With this said, direct reporting from the "list views" is adequate as these are very flexible and intuitive to use for reporting.

This is an easy choice for an Internal Audit department evaluating software solutions. Go with AuditBoard.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Manual processes and inefficiencies in the previous audit management software. We are also interacting with management more using the tool help driving increased focus on process and controls to benefit the organization. We have realized many benefits of the tool and are looking to explore expanding our use of the tool in the ERM space in the coming years.
