What do you like best?
Their platform perfectly matches our company culture--it provides an easy, fun way to recognize team members for their contributions. It's great for giving someone recognition for going above and beyond, or doing a favor, or just delivering consistently excellent work.
They're also amazing at taking feedback and integrating it into their product. Our team submitted feedback via Assembly's chat feature regarding a new product release, and their response went above and beyond. They reached out, asked us for more information, and even went as far as meeting to discuss in an impromptu focus group. Then to top it all off, sent a personal email to let us know the changes were implemented based on our discussion. The people working at Assembly are top-notch.
What do you dislike?
Their platform gets the job done, but if it has a fault it is that it hasn't fulfilled its full potential yet. Plenty more can be built out, and from speaking to their team, it's definitely on its way.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Assembly has helped us stay connected in a remote world. Our company has gone to a full remote office environment, and it allows us to engage in some fun camaraderie even though we can't see each other in person.
It's given another way to recognize hard and exceptional work, and make team members feel appreciated. It's a serve that is basically "morale in a can," and I can't recommend it enough.
