Advanced user of Alloy
★★★★★
An indispensable tool for managing customer sales, margin and inventory.

What do you like best?

Alloy excels at taking large quantities of data from different sources and making them available in a simple user interface.

What do you dislike?

As the company has grown, addressing bugs and fixing issues has started to take longer. There needs to be a better process in place to track issues.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Start with creating a vision of the ultimate solution, make sure that you gather as much data from your customers as possible. It is easy to delete data, hard to rebuild it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Alloy, we are able to manage many retailers through one source. We used to spend our time compiling the data, now we are able to use that time looking at performance. We are able to look at multiple retailers in similar channels and compare results. This enables us to optimize assortments. Having the ability to see the data at the SKU and store level allows us to monitor in-stocks.
