Unreliable Content Management System

What do you like best?

I like how it's easy to input my time into my timesheet. And I also like how the system also tells me how much PTO i have left for the year.

For work, the system can be integrated with Trello so requests to my proofreader or digital team will pop up on their Trello board in order of importance.

What do you dislike?

There's a number of things I dislike:

1. when i'm opening a new job/project for a client, the system sometimes logs out in the middle of the process and doesn't save my work.

2. when I'm writing a creative brief in webvantage, it will log out on me and not save my work. To get around this, I'm pressing the save button every minute to make sure my work is saved as I expect to be kicked out of the system.

3. It takes my project management team 48 hours+ to schedule resources due to their accounts getting "logged off" and having to start the scheduling process all over again. It is not very flexible with this and it has caused a lot of headaches at my work and it sometimes interfere's with my client relationship as they wait to hear a schedule of a very expensive project.

4. Our IT department (on a monthly basis) has to completely reboot the program because no one in our company can even log into it. I'm not sure if it's the version we have or if we have too many people using it at once, but this is primary way we get work down at our company.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would consider how your company intends to use it. For us, I don't think it's the best fit due to the work that we need to complete. For example, we build websites for our clients and it takes 8+months to complete. This means that our project managers have to spend a lot of time completing this schedule, but if anything needs to be rescheduled due to conflicts, it takes a few days for this to be completed because our project managers have to reschedule every single date...

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems I solve with this system is communicating to other departments when something is ready for their review, when I need to get something scheduled, submit my time and complete jobs for my clients.
