What do you like best?

Being a development shop, the added benefit of implementing AddSearch for client sites is invaluable. Once they try it out they're sold on the efficiency of users being able to find content and easily convert them. It's also highly customizable for just about any application, and the support is very responsive. The revenue share is also great.

It's a very easy way to enter smart search for your site. The basic widget implementation takes little to no technical expertise to get up and running. Beyond that, you can get as custom as you want given your development ability.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving the issue of basic out of the box generic search you get with content management systems. Those just keyword query a database, where AddSearch is much more powerful than that. It helps the user find exactly what they're looking for, even if they don't really know.
