ATM makes test management in JIRA fun and productive

What do you like best?

First class support for human and robotic testers via a robust UI and API. Rather than piggybacking off the JIRA issue view, ATM comes with a full drag & drop friendly UI for managing tests, runs, plans, and executions. Moreover, the API allows our automation team to do all of their work in their favourite IDE without ever opening JIRA. Lastly, the reporting is great from 1ft to 10,000ft - I believe there are 72 out of the box reports you can customize and work with.

We trialed literally every plugin available for test management and ATM really stands out from the crowd.

What do you dislike?

Performing test management and execution in JIRA will always have shortcomings due to JIRA not being a test management tool, but for our company the benefits far outweighed the downsides. The biggest downside [that it true of all JIRA plugins] is that you need to scale your JIRA instance if you want to hit the API hard, not a fault of ATM - just a reality of being bound to JIRAs JVM.
